I acknowledge and accept that On Target Multisports, or the organisation providing facilities and their respective agents, servants or employees, are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury loss or damage however caused whilst in attendance on their Holiday Clubs.

Bookings are subject to availability and places are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full.

There are limited places available each day and will work on a first come first served basis.

Once your booking has been completed and you have ticked to say you accept these Terms and Conditons on the checkout page, please regard this as full acceptance.

Unfortunately no refunds can be given because of non attendance, if your child is ill and you let us know before the start of the course a replacement day will be provided. Unless we contact you, all courses will run as advertised.

All applications and payments should be received at least 3 working days before your chosen course starts.

We do require a minimum number of participants for days to go ahead, unfortunately if we do not reach the minimum number we will have to cancel the course for that day.

Applicants will only be accepted on the day if we have spaces and applicants will need to pay in cash. Please call 07971764239 to check availability before the start of the course, we do advice applicants to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

All On Target Multisports coaches are qualified, police checked and first aiders.


Information regarding Holiday Courses at Halfway & New House Youth Centre – Details of children attending the New House Youth Centre in Sittingbourne and Halfway when Brogdale CIC are present will be shared with Kent County Council as part of our agreement of facility hire with the centre and use of Brogadle CIC. This is so the centre & Brogdale CIC can prove that it is being used and therefore funding maintained to keep it open. All data protection laws are maintained and your details will only be shared with these two, Kent County Council funded establishments.


Products Sizes & Colour Ways
Please note that all sizes and colours shown on the OTM website are a guide only, if you need clarification or confirmation of exact sizes and colours please contact us. Sizes and colours vary between suppliers used by OTM. Please note that some sizes stated on our website can be European or US sizes, 3Q Sports Teamwear Ltd have used these sizes and converted to UK sizes as a guide, if unsure on UK sizes please contact us. Please note that colours may vary from images shown on the OTM website and OTM use standard colours as a guide, if unsure about exact colours please contact us for clarification. OTM do not take responsibility for customised products ordered that when received are the incorrect size or colour unless the customers has requested exact sizes and colours in writing and the customer has been given written confirmation by OTM on sizing and colours. OTM can give advise on sizing of clothing, however, OTM are not responsible for giving the final decision on sizes you require. All ages and size are given to fit as an average and we can only give what an average aged person is, it is the customers responsibility to gather all sizes of every individual person requiring clothing. OTM never recommend garment sizes to customers only advise, some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but children of the same age are not necessarily the same size. It is the customers final decision on sizing and OTM cannot be held accountable for the end result.


OTM cannot accept returns on customised goods. Please see below for further details. To return items that are without printing or embroidery you have 7 days of receiving the goods to entitle you to return your item(s) for a refund. You will be subject to an administration charge which is 10% of the total value of the returned items. Acceptance of after the 7 day period are at the discretion of OTM. OTM will not accept returns after 14 days of you receiving the items. If you receive a product that you deem to be faulty please give details of the fault.

All goods that are accepted for return must be unworn and in the original condition that they were sent from OTM including the original packaging and original labels attached, all goods must be returned within 7 working days. If items are returned without the original tags or packaging OTM will not accept them as fit for resale and no refund will be given.

OTM are unable to accept returns on any products that have been personalised which include printing and embroidery. OTM will review cases where a product is faulty or damaged, this will include the garment or item alone and not include the customisation of the garments. Any issues with printing or embroidery that is different to what has been approved,or, a defect is present on the printing or embroidery. In these cases please contact your OTM and they will aim to sort this is issue. If it is an issue that cannot be sorted by the customer then OTM will collect these goods and rectify this issue. OTM hold the right to amend the defected printing or embroidery, if this fails then OTM will replace the defected item. In rare cases where an item is no longer available OTM will offer an alternative product or refund this defected item via the payment method provided.

The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back such as Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery.

Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where OTMhave asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty OTM shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £8.00. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact OTM directly before sending items back.
